Appeal Procedure - aviation English Exam Results

If the two of our examiners don't agree on your final ICAO English level, a third examiner decides.

If you are not happy with the aviation English exam results, you can allways appeal.

Aviation English exam appeal procedure

The appeal procedure against results of aviation English exam in Aero Language has two stages. You need to note the time limit for the aviation English exam appeal procedure. You have 24 hours from getting your aviation English exam results to appeal against the results. In case you do not appeal within 24 hour from getting your aviation English exam results or you renounce your right for appeal. In this case the rating of aviation English exam is ultimate and final. No further appeal procedure is accepted, nor allowed.

First stage of Aviation English exam appeal

The first stage of appeal against the aviation English exam is an internal process within Aero Language. It is very important to send your aviation English exam appeal within the 24-hour period after attending the exam.

Third - senior - language proficiency rater in Aero Language examines and rates the recorded language proficiency exam. The rater mustn't be one of the two language proficiency examiners and rates who led exam candidate's exam.

Second stage of appeal

In case you are not happy with the results of the first stage aviation English exam appeal, you need to appeal at supervising national aviation authority.
